WHY WE ROAST

At Ullr Coffee, we pondered our mission: Are we simply selling coffee using green initiatives as a marketing tool, or are we using coffee sales to genuinely support environmental causes? We chose the latter.

With every purchase of our coffee, we donate $1 to a non-profit of your choice, such as the Eden Reforestation Project, Protect Our Winters, or the Honeybee Conservancy. Discover more about these organizations below.

Our Roots

Born from a passion for nature and the outdoors, Ullr Coffee is based in Vail, Colorado, where we have witnessed our stunning mountains and landscapes devastated by wildfires and diminishing snowfall. We aspire to contribute to positive change and inspire other businesses to join us, all while providing great-tasting coffee.

Our Coffee

We are dedicated to delivering the finest coffee in every step, from sourcing to roasting and packaging. We exclusively purchase beans graded above 84 by the Specialty Coffee Association of America, ensuring they are certified organic. Our coffee is sourced ethically and sustainably, and roasted to order, guaranteeing the freshest coffee arrives at your door.

OUR MISSION

We believe addressing climate change should not fall on consumers but on businesses and corporations leading with green practices. Our goal is to ensure every aspect of our business is green, eco-friendly, and carbon-neutral. From roasting to packaging, shipping to communication, we strive to give back to Mother Earth. Join us in this effort while enjoying the finest coffee we can create.

Backside blend

Our go-to espresso roast. A blend of a washed Colombian and a natural Burundi. A great balance between modern citric acidity flavors with full-bodied chocolate notes. Through our donation to the Eden Reforestation Project, 10 trees will be planted in various countries while creating jobs for impoverished locals for the sale of this bag.

Summit Roast

For those that enjoy a cup on the darker side, this washed Colombian is roasted very dark just like your dad used to make. $1 is donated to Protect Our Winters, a climate change advocacy group run by winter sports athletes and pros, for each bag purchased.

Beekeepers roast

Washed and sundried on raised beds, Estrella Lenca is harvested in the La Campa Lempira region of Honduras. The tropical high-altitude soil is what gives this coffee its spicy and distinct flavors. A very balanced treat for your taste buds. $1 is donated to the Honeybee Conservancy, used for sanctuaries, local food, and education, for every bag purchased.
