Our coffee

Sustainability is the cornerstone of our coffee procurement, encompassing various aspects. Our objective is to source coffee from growers who practice sustainability and ensure fair compensation, securing their livelihoods. We prioritize shade-grown and certified organic beans to minimize our environmental footprint.

We take pride in roasting only "specialty" coffee—graded above 80 by the Specialty Coffee Association of America. We are particularly thrilled to source coffee rated 84 or higher. Each batch is roasted to order, guaranteeing you the freshest cup possible. Every bag includes the roasting date, and we approach each roast with the care and creativity of crafting a gourmet meal, using all our senses and a bit of experimentation to deliver the most delicious and intriguing cup.
