Refund and Return Policy

 At Ullr Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality whole-bean coffee products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes, our customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer the following refund and return policy.

Returns: If you're not satisfied with your whole-bean coffee purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ullrcoffee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it's in its original condition. We will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping and handling.

Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that your whole bean coffee product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at ullrcoffee@gmail.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at ullrcoffee@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order if it has already been shipped.
