Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We roast every bag to order and ship it within two business days. We stand behind what's in the bag — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our Promise

If you don't love your coffee, tell us. Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you'd rather have. No back-and-forth, no hoops, no "send it back first." Coffee is personal, and not every roast is a fit for every palate. We'd rather you drink something you love than hold you to a bag you don't.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong roast, email us at info@ullrcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return needed.

What We Don't Take Back

Because coffee is a consumable, we don't accept physical returns of opened bags. But we also don't need the bag back to make things right — just let us know what went wrong, and we'll handle it from there.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No minimums, no hidden fees, no "one more shipment before you can cancel." If you want to change your roast or frequency, that's all in the dashboard too.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or marked delivered but didn't arrive, email us within 14 days, and we'll work with the carrier to track it down. We'll replace or refund if it doesn't turn up.
