Shipping Policy

Every bag of Ullr Coffee is roasted to order in Vail, Colorado, and shipped fresh — never from a shelf, never from a warehouse. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are roasted and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. We don't pre-roast inventory, which means your bag was green coffee the day before it went in the mail. That's the whole point.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery times after shipment:

  • 2–3 business days to most U.S. addresses
  • 3–5 business days to rural or remote areas

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–7 business days.

Free Shipping

Orders of 2 or more bags ship free. Single-bag orders ship at standard Priority Mail rates, calculated at checkout based on your address.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you the moment your package ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — and if it's still missing, email us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

USPS is excellent about 98% of the time. When it isn't, we're here to help.

  • If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in 7+ days, email us at info@ullrcoffee.com,  and we'll open a carrier trace.
  • If your package is marked "delivered" but didn't arrive, email us within 14 days, and we'll work it out with USPS — and replace or refund if needed.

International Shipping

We're currently shipping to the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and want Ullr, email us — we're working on it.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders roast and ship on your selected cadence (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). You'll get a reminder email 48 hours before each shipment with a chance to skip, swap, or pause.
